If you are interested in buying at the Walt Disney World Resort property in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, the resorts include the Beach Club Villas, the BoardWalk Villas, Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, Wilderness Lodge Villas, Old Key West Resort, Bay Lake Towers, and the Animal Kingdom Villas. Not only does Disney offer Vacation Club locations in this area, but you can also purchase at the Vero Beach Resort, Hilton Head Island Resort, and Aulani Villas in Hawaii. Where you purchase does not mean that you can not enjoy staying at other resorts. Where you buy will be your main resort that you would typically stay at when vacationing. You can also exchange your points to stay at other Disney Resorts.

Look into the pricing to buy at Disney Vacation Club before making a commitment. When you buy with Disney Vacation Club, there is a one time fee of $20,000. This can either be paid up front or mortgaged over a period of time. Because you are owning a piece of real estate, the price can be quite high. In addition to the one time fee, there are maintenance fees that much be paid each year. These can be paid per year at around $800, or paid monthly for around $70 per month.
