Body builders as we all know need to take care of their good health to have a good career line. They all say that proteins and carbohydrate intake is most important for body builders but they are not aware of the importance of vitamins and minerals that they need to consume. These two are essential for the body builders as they tend to shred a lot of it when they undergo strenuous physical activity. A person who doesn’t have adequate supply of vitamins and minerals in the body can have a bad performance in the gym, and less growth and also in some can even lead to severe health problems. Vitamin C is essential for body builder

Vitamin B6 –Pyridoxine

This Vitamin is directly linked with the protein intake in your body. The greater is the consumption of protein in your body then greater amount of Vitamin B6 is needed in your body. This vitamin and minerals plays a vital role in the metabolism of proteins and also in the utilization of carbohydrates in the body. Vitamin D

Vitamin B3 or Niacin
This Vitamin is involved in about sixty metabolic processes related to the energy production in human body. Nicotine acid which is one form of Niacin can cause vasodilatation which can give the competitors a more vascular look.
