You will need to have a supported operating system such as windows xp, windows vista 32 bits, windows 7 and even windows 8 or the other supported wireless connection operating systems. After ensuring that all the required hardwares and softwares are in place, you can now begin the connection and installation process.

Step 2

Connecting to the internet:

At this point all the hardwares should be in place so that the connection can begin. You should ensure that the internet connection from the digital subscriber line or the cable modem connected to the computer are function since the whole internet connection entirely depends on the sending and receiving of data from and to the modem or digital subscriber line that are always provided by the internet providers.

Step 3

After connecting the router to the modem, it will be connected to the internet and should be unless disabled.

Step 4

Connect the hardwares together:

Next step is to connect the computers, printers and other devices to the wireless home network. You should ensure that the computer has an internal built in wireless adapter that will help in receiving and sending the signals from the router. When the devices are plugged in the operating systems automatically detect the devices and you can install them unless they are plug and play devices that automatically install.

Step 5

Sharing the files, printers and other devices:
