Introduction
Home Inc is non profit making organization whose target people are the youths. Youths are very vital to the society. In fact, each and every country always has got its hope for the future development in youths. It is hence said that youths are the future of the country. This organization is said to have been in service for a period of 30 years now. And on the other hand too, it has been noted that, a handful of youth have been benefited.
About Home Inc
Just like any other organization, the home Inc too has got its mission and goals perhaps that it has to accomplish. Hence, its main mission is to make a change in the lives of the youth. This change is not meant to be negative, it is a positive change. Therefore, its mission can also be said that, it is meant to foster the youths to change for the better.
The main activity that this non profit making organization is involved in is the teaching of the youth’s video production and media analysis. To home inc, media is vital, media entertains, media informs, media entertains and also we can say, media earns people a living. If the youths will get engaged to media, it therefore follows that they will be dedicated to their work and generally focuses on their career. On the other hand, it will reduce the havoc that is always seen to be caused by the youths.
In so doing, the organization believes that it will foster confidence in the youths and creativity which is in turn meant into make the youths develop an ability to think on their own. It is quite logical that when one becomes creative, he or she can employ the skills to carry out several activities that perhaps will dictate the future. The organization also encourages team work. It is said that team work builds. If the youths work as a team, they will embrace the brotherhood and sisterhood among themselves and this also means giving each other moral support and hence being always there for each other whenever need arises.
The fact that the organization educates the youths on media, it therefore follows that communication too is embraced. Communication is vital in any given situations. Be it verbal or non verbal. It is what enhances the mutual relationships among people of which the youths are not an exception.

The other big role performed by home inc, is supporting artists. Through the artist residence program, youths with the artistic talents are therefore assured of full support. Many times youths have talents but they fail to prosper due to the lack of support. Hence, this organization assures them support for the purpose of bettering their talents.
Still
For the purpose of self expression of home inc and for the purpose of stimulating long life learning, arts are a fundamental tool for this. Many times organizations are formed, but very few in cooperate youths. We should therefore appreciate this organization, as most of them perceive youths as rowdy and totally unreliable. We should therefore be ready to give them credit.
