Meanwhile the coaches will focus on safety and fundamentals, rules, drills, individual workout and team training exercises. A good position of the body, feet, knees, arms, neck and head is the first important rule to safety because there always can be injuries, some minor, some serious, and still others resulting in lifelong medical problems. Young athletes need suitable training for football. They need to be guided to train for the sport rather than playing the game itself to get them into a good shape and be prepared for any difficult situation. Keep in mind that the purpose is not to bang heads, the coaches will develop and refine talent and shape existing athletic skills and individual techniques. Anyone can play football but few know how to play. If a player wants to develop into a defensive line breaker he will first learn about the position and its responsibilities.
