Tips and comments

To be one of the best of the best and someday be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, there are certain things a player must do. It will not be easy and may even take a bit of luck, but anything is possible with hard work and perseverance.

1. Break records. To reach the football hall of fame, you must break records of hall of famers before you. By breaking significant records such as most touchdowns scored, most tackles, and most yards run, you can most assuredly find yourself inducted into the football hall of fame.

2. Be a beloved player. Fans always remember not only the great ones, but the charismatic ones. Set a great example for others both on the field and off. Fans will remember this when it comes time for voting.

3. Win a Super Bowl (or five). While not a requirement for the football hall, it always helps to do well in the postseason, particularly in the world's biggest game, the Super Bowl.

4. Play well. This goes without saying, but you must play well to make it in.

5. Be a starter.

6. Work hard at all times.

7. Show up early for practice and stay late. Make yourself stand out above the rest of the players on your team.

8. Be a team player.

9. Do everything you can to learn as much about the game as possible. Study films of hall of famers. Try to imitate their moves and analyze everything you can about how they played.

10. Reach for the stars.
