The Elk Lake which is 11 km away from the Mount Bachelor is located right outside of Oregon and you can drive to get there. It is a very beautiful place and you can go there for picnics, boating or even fishing. Another attraction where mostly visitors go is the Beavers Bend Resort Park. This resort is located near the state of Oklahoma and about seven miles north of Broken Bow. There are many attractions for visitors here in this park. People who live near the Dallas often come here on weekdays and there are also people who come here from different locations to get a taste of this resort. Among the many attractions of the Beaver Bend Resort Park are the many different kinds of fishing. These fishing types include; the Trout fishing, Fly fishing, horse back rides, which are provided by safe and proper guides. There are also hayrides which you can get throughout the entire park. There are proper fishing clinics that are set up for people who come here for fishing. You are not charged much here when you come for a fishing vacation. The service provided is really good but the cost is not that high. There is also a separate place for forest lovers. This place has a showcase of all the tools that were used in forestry in the past. It also has many species of different kinds of trees. Moreover, this park has many types of rock formed hills. In the area this park is located; there are many mountains and hills that are formed by the local rocks and this feature is presented in the park as well.

Bend vacations are really enjoyable when you go with your family. The Bend Beaver Resort Park is an attractive location that is enjoyed by all. However, you must be careful about things like swimming in the lakes because the water is too deep and if you do not know how to swim, you might drown, other than this, the vacations here are completely safe.
