Type Of Soap To Use on Acne

Acne can cause you to break out in pimples, whit heads, and blackheads on your face, neck back and chest. Hair follicles, better known as pores, sometimes get blocked and you get bacteria growing in those pores. When the pores get clogged one of two things can happen it can either heal or go away on its own, or it can fill with pus and get inflamed. This is when you should leave them alone, if you pick them it can cause the bacteria to spread and you could end up with a bad break out on your face. There is soap acne that you can use for your face to help keep it clear and free of acne.

A good soap acne to use is tea tree soap. It is made out of tea tree oil, which is a natural antiseptic. It kills pathogenic bacteria, viruses and fungi. It is not only good for your face, but is also good for any cuts on your body. It is also good to use as a daily soap to use in the shower to keep your face, neck, back and chest clear. It can be a very drying soap, so when using on your face you need to be careful. If your face gets too dry, it could cause the skin to crack and your breakout to get worse instead of clear up. You should only use the soap about once a day for your face and use a moisturizing soap at night for your face.

Oatmeal soap acne is another great soap to use when fighting an acne breakout. It is good for all skin types and will not dry out the face if you are experiencing an acne breakout. It has a natural exfoliate in it that helps to get rid of the dead skin on your face. It has natural oils usually blended in and this helps to keep your skin soft. Oatmeal soap is also great for many different skin rashes that you may get. It does a wonderful job when you have the chicken pox or poison ivy. It helps to clear up the rash and will also help take away any itch that you may have. It does not dry out the skin, but helps to keep it soft.

Tips and comments

Keeping your face clean can help clear out any breakout issues that you may be having. Most acne outbreaks are caused by hormonal imbalances that cause extra oils to be produced. These clog the sebaceous gland, which is on both sides of the hair follicle. When the hair follicle gets clogged this is where the problem begins and the breakout starts. You need to make sure that you are taking care of your body from the inside out. Eat a healthy diet and drinking lots of water can help to keep your skin clear of blemishes. If you can not keep your face clear using soap acne, a trip to the dermatologist may be in order. There may be times that you need to have medication to help clear up your face when soap acne will not take care of the problem.
