Soaking in warm sitz bath is also very soothing to piles disease. Using aloe gel will also help to cool the piles. You can also buy an over the counter cream to put on piles. Only use the amount that is stated on the instructions.

Pregnant women end up with piles disease because of the extra weight from the baby that they have in the genital area. This can add to the discomfort that one has from being pregnant. A pregnant woman has to up her water intake even more and should eat more fiber rich foods to avoid becoming constipated.
