Many vehicles now have outlets that you can plug your juicer into and you can literally do it anywhere. There is no major mess or heavy clean up.

By juicing, people have been able to reverse MS (Multiple Sclerosis), Fibromyalgia, Autoimmune disorders, and even Migraines. Any one that lives with these kind of illnesses and diseases know that life can be difficult just to go to the store.

When you do take a break from juicing you will want to ease back into eating food since your body won't be used to having to digest animal protein, dairy, and other types of foods that need more work to digest.

Most people that juice find that they really like, but it and it can get pricey. Just try to set a goal of how much you want to juice beforehand. 

Going on a juice fast to help clean out the body is very beneficial if taken in the right order, and used with precaution. 

 A juice fast can also be used for weight loss, but under a doctor's discretion as well. 

Before you start juicing for health, it is important to read about what fruits and vegetables help with which body organs, therefore you are aren't taking in too much of a nutrient and not enough of the other types of nutrients and minerals in the juices.
