Whether you are checking in or coming through customs, the process is effortless. The airport is well designed too.
  • Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood International Airport – One of the larger Florida airports which is also the base for Spirit Airlines and the hub for Gulfstream International Airlines. It has both domestic and international flights which makes it one of the busiest airports worldwide. It’s nearness to the Caribbean makes it the one of the Florida airports frequented by tourists. Passenger traffic is high with numbers above 20 million.
  • Miami International Airport – Probably one of the most popular Florida airports. It is mainly used for passenger and cargo transport within the United States and to Europe. It is situated in Miami-Dade County. Besides being a hub for passenger and cargo airlines, it is also the central location for Miami Air, a charter airline. Of the many Florida airports, Miami International Airport is strategically located to operate passage between North America, Europe and Latin America. This airport has had passenger traffic of up to 35 million.
  • Orlando International Airport – Located close to most of the famous attractions in Orlando, this international airport has over 50 airlines going in and out. It is the second largest in Florida but the busiest of all florida airports. It has a total of 90 gates for arrivals and departures. The airport can manage at least 140 flights landing and taking off every hour. It is the central airport for JetBlue Airways and Southwest Airline. Passengers using this airport yearly are in excess of 30 million.
  • Jacksonville International Airport – Certainly not one of the larger florida airports but, it is very well situated. It is close to most beaches and not too far from downtown Jacksonville either. The airport is well designed and has lots of places to shop and dine. This is one of the florida airports that is used for passenger flights as well as civil military flights.
