History

The Disney Beach Villas opened their doors to guests on July 1, 2002. This Disney resort is the fourth Vacation team property. You do not have to be a Vacation team member to stay at this resort, but the majority of guests are owners. The villa hotel rooms at this resort are designed to make you feel as though you are home, providing you with private bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, washer and dryer, plus more. When staying at the Disney Beach Villas, you can enjoy accommodations in a studio unit, you bedroom unit, or two bedroom unit. These rooms come sleep from 4 to 8 guests.

Features

There are so many excellent amenities that Disney Beach Villas provide for their guests. When you stay here, you will be able to walk to and from two of the Disney theme parks, Hollywood Studios and Epcot. If you do not wish you walk to these parks, you can also take a boat. Right across the water from Disney Beach Villas, is Disneys BoardWalk Resort. Here, you will find dining, shopping, and nightlife attractions. Theres always something fun going on at the BoardWalk, which is accessible by walking or boat.

The resort hotel rooms at Disney Beach Villas have a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and all the modern conveniences of home. This makes your stay much more comfortable than simply staying in a standard hotel room. Each room is designed to make you feel as though you are really staying at the beach.
