Introduction

Driving is regarded as a sport that many of us practice. Nevertheless, people that are mostly interested and keen on it are men. They are born with natural instincts of danger, thrill and last but not least, showing off.

Step 1

1. NC beach is a place where you can show off the best cars that you possess. These beaches are ones of the most searched by people all over the world. One of main reason for this is the little traffic one can find there. Anyhow, exactly due to the 3.375 miles of shoreline that the east coasts boasts itself with, there should be some strict rules, in order for it to remain a place where you want to go and come back again, various times.

Step 2

2. The Outer Banks are one of the “miracles” that NC beach offers to its inhabitants and its tourists. They allow you to enjoy pleasure in its other meaning. Here it is a place where you can try your new off–road vehicle, while searching for a perfect spot to fish, enjoy the sun or even just have a walk along the shore of NC beach.

Step 3

3. As people are used to live by the rules, and it is far easier to maintain something along the floating line there are some rules one must follow when driving along the NC beach. While it can be rather adventurous having your own off-road vehicle (ORV) you must pay attention to the rules to follow. There are the general NC beach shore driving rules and there are specific NC beach shore driving rules.

Step 4

4. The general rules that apply in how to drive on a NC beach are: have a permit that allows you to drive on the NC beach; no driving faster than 25mph; do not try and enter on the beach through the dunes or between them – just through special places designated for this; remember there is a special portion that is destined to fit your ORV – that is between the foot of the dunes and the ocean; pay attention to the other users of the beach – that is to say people that just lay in the sun to get the best tan; do not think of having some fun and opening some alcohol tans in your vehicle as it is prohibited and like any other thing that is registered as a “vehicle” it must have a valid license plate and a state road registration – along with your valid driving license.

Step 5

5. Together with the general rules, there are specific rules that apply to each part of the NC beach. Along with the rules, there comes the tips that an experienced driver along the beach knows, but as a beginner, one may not know them – such as in entering the beach, low the pressure of the tires, up to 20 – 25 pounds; avoid the areas that may cause danger at times of high tides.

While there are means, you could have a wonderful family vacation with many interesting things to do, for each of you, while being alongside the NC beach.

A very pupular beack in NC is the Nags Head, NC area. This is also referred to as the Outer Banks or OBX area.
