The amount of money charged to your account is shared amongst the maitre d’, their assistants, the busboys, stateroom attendants, room service attendants and bellboys. For children under the age of 18, the amount charged will be reduced to $6 per day as long as the child is sharing a cabin with 2 adults on any cruise with a Caribbean itinerary. Step 3

For passengers that may have special dietary needs, MSC cruises can meet some of those needs by providing gluten-free menus on some of their ships. The ships that offer gluten-free menus are:

Special gluten-free pre-packaged products such as biscuits, croissants, and snacks are available on:

If you should have other special dietary needs, you would need to check with the MSC cruises before booking your cruise to see if they are able to assist in meeting those needs.

Step 4

Any passenger that requires a wheelchair for mobility purposes, it is recommended they travel with someone who can assist them while on their cruise. Every wheelchair passenger must provide their own wheelchair during the cruise.

Step 5

On occasion there may be someone that is visually impaired who will want to go on a cruise with MSC Cruise Line. Their ships feature Braille indicators on the labels in the corridors, elevator buttons, stairway handrails on the landing levels, and on the door plates for each stateroom. Each elevator also has voice and light indicators as well.

 

Step 6

Hearing impaired passengers on MSC cruises can request a kit designed for the hearing impaired. Each kit is a suitcase that is filled with devices to assist the hearing impaired individual. The ship has also provided indicator lights and vibrations for things such a ringing phone, fire alarm, and alarm clock alerts. Their theater and lounge areas are equipped with wireless amplifiers and their elevators equipped with indicator lights.

Step 7

MSC cruises also offers services for their special guests for celebrations such as weddings, anniversaries and honeymoons. There are several wedding ceremony packages you can choose from to make your wedding ceremony a memorable event. Guests that are on their honeymoon or celebrating their anniversary will also be given a special experience to make their celebration more memorable.

Step 8

MSC cruises encourage their guests to limit their checked luggage to one per person with a weight limit of 65 lbs. They also allow one small handbag per person. If any passenger will be carrying valuables such as jewelry, medications and documents, they are advised to carry those belongings in their handbag. Valuables carried onboard by any passenger are done so at the risk of each passenger and MSC cruises cannot be held responsible for missing or lost valuable items.
