Introduction

Mental health anxiety is known to affect millions of people in the world every single year. This anxiety can cause many different symptoms like:

  • Fast heart beat
  • Dizziness
  • Body tingles
  • Body aches
  • Sleeplessness
  • Feeling faint
  • Unable to breathe properly
  • Feeling paranoid as though they may pass out or die at any moment
  • Buzzing sensations in random places in the body
  • Brain jolts or sensations
  • Chest tightness

These are just a few of the many symptoms and people may experience some or all of these when having mental health anxiety.

Step 1

One of the first things that one will want to do is to consult with a doctor for a full physical just to assure that there isn't an issue within the body causing the mental health anxiety. Once the physical is done you will have a piece of mind knowing that the issue is all stress related.

Step 2

Have blood work done at your local doctors office and ask them to check all vitamins and nutrients. Also ask them to check your TSH 3 and TSH 4 levels, which are both thyroid levels that function differently. Lots of time people with mental health anxiety issues have an under active thyroid and may have had one for years never knowing.

Step 3

If your doctor doesn't volunteer to do one, ask him to do a EKG on your heart (if you have been having heart sensations). Sometimes this is standard for people with mental health anxiety, just to be safe. However, keep in mind that EKG isn't always accurate and that nerves may affect the EKG test results. If this happens you may be sent on to a heart doctor to take a stress test and a echo-cardiogram of the heart done.

This is the most accurate test that is available and will actually allow the heart doctor to see all chambers of the heart as well as all blood flow to the heart. You also may be ask to wear home a heart monitor so they can take a look at your hearts activity. This is standard protocol when it comes to mental health anxiety. They will usually look at this over a 24 hour time, unless you have had a previous heart issue and they may ask you to wear it for longer.

Step 4

Try to keep your body healthy. Eat foods that are good for you such as organic fruits and vegetables. Do not eat too much sugar and unnatural ingredients. Drink all natural distilled water and avoid things such as soft drinks and coffee. A great replacement for these things is water with lemon, and green tea. Kava is also an excellent tea to use that will help anxiety and relaxation. Never use kava tea when operating a vehicle, however.

Step 5

Keep your mind healthy by trying to relax as much as possible. Some things that will help this are listening to music. When you are feeling relaxed (if possible), sit in a room by yourself and take deep breaths in and hold them, then let the breath out for 5 seconds. This may help your mental health anxiety by helping those overly-stressed nerves.

Tips

All natural sources are always the way to go when trying to get rid of mental health anxiety. Remember however, the stress wasnt created in a day and may take a long time to get rid of. This could be months or even years for some people, but just know that you will not have to suffer forever with mental health anxiety and there are cures.
