Introduction

When stress and anxiety are affecting you it can in turn affect your entire family. There are many ways to prevent this from happening and many steps that you can take to relieve the stress that you have right now. First off you should know that Everyone suffers from stress at sometime or another whether it be because of a busy job, because of your children, and because of marriage stress and mental health or any other stressors everyone is affected. However, there are simple techniques to get rid of the stress that will help you cope with the stress and deal a lot better to help you manage your stress and a more calm and rational way.

One of the the first ways to relieve stress is to realize that you do have an issue and that you are indeed stressed-out. To understand how stress better works you need to understand how the brain works what happens, when your body gets stressed out the brain releases certain hormones to the body saying you're stressed out. Once this happens this stress can affect you in many different ways you may have anxiety attacks, panic attacks, or you may feel rage. Rage Is where you just feel mad and you do not understand why you're so angry or upset. If you feel as though you are an angry person you may possibly need the help of a mental health professional however if you just have stressed from daily stresses learning relaxation techniques will greatly benefit you from stress and mental health disorders.

One of the first things that you can do to deal with this stress and mental health issue, is to make sure that you are making time for yourself. Everyone needs to make time for their self at one point or another. Whether it be on the long drive from work in your car all alone by yourself. Another good ideas it to make time when you're taking a bath in the Jacuzzi, setting out on the hot tub or just laying on the couch reading a good novel. These are all excellent ways to make time for yourself. However,did you know that the highest rate of anxiety is found in stay at home mothers, this is because stay-at-home mothers typically do not get any time for their self and are always stuck at home with the children. This is why it is especially important for stay-at-home mom to have some time for their self whether its to let the neighbor come over and watch her child for just a few hours while you go and run errands, or enrolling your child in preschool a couple of days a week daycare, or a mommy's day out program. By taking time out for yourself your helping your family helping your children as well as helping you're married you because you will be less stressed out and may be relieved of your stress and mental health disorder.

Step 3

If you are having issues sleeping due to stress and mental health, an excellent way to relax is to take a warm bath right before bedtime and then listen to some relaxation or hypnosis music one of the most popular ways to do this is to listen for your iPhone or smartphone. Studies have shown that always do help to release stress because you get a better nights rest and wake up less stressed the following morning. By sleeping your improving your stress and mental health.

Step 4

If you are feeling stressed another good idea tape and technique to dealing with this stress is to drink some warm tea. Studies have shown that warm tea reduce his stress levels in most people some good examples of teas to drink is green decaffeinated tea, Kava or honey lemon tea. Kava tea is one of the best in relieving stress however you should always use precaution and never used Kabe when you're planning on driving as it does have sedative effects that are very mild, however some people maybe more susceptible to the sedative properties and you should always use great caution when using any of these teas. The best time to drink these is If your at work and stressed or right before bed to improve your  stress and mental health.

Make sure that your body is getting all vitamins and nutrients that your body needs to function properly every day. Did you know that one of the main causes of stress and mental health is only due to a lack of the vitamins and calcium magnesium in the bloodstream. A few things that you can do to try to improve your stress level is to up your intake of magnesium. Magnesium comes in a powdered form that you can simply make add to a drink and administer this way. Another excellent thing that you can try if you're experiencing stress is a natural herbal supplement called melatonin. Melatonin is all-natural and has already produced by the body however if you're not getting enough sleep due to stress sometimes melatonin in the body can be very low. Always ask your doctor before using any of these.

Always try to control stress and mental health and never take it out on family or friends. If you are unable to sleep talk to your doctor who may be able to assist you with this issue.
