You could stop and talk to the lifeguard and any other beach crew to ask where that they found their current job at.  When inquiring about these jobs you should always be as professional as possible, if the job ask for a resume be sure to send one if. If the job says do not call, then go in person. If you can not follow instructions listed for getting a job position, then you may be less likely to get hired.

An excellent example of a website that assist with this is called Cruise Job Finder, this is an excellent place to find a beach job on a beautiful resort of your dreams. This website is different in most in that you can specify what location that you would like to get a beach job in. These jobs are more oriented toward resort beach jobs and there may be travel involved that you may have to pay for.

Tips

Most all resort employees are the ones responsible for keep these resorts running smooth on a daily basis. Most people are those working behind the scenes. These include waiters, dishwasher, desk people, housekeepers and many more. Lots of times these positions require no experience only a willingness to learn and succeed like most other jobs would require.
