In regard to health status, the Americans as well as the Canadians are both in excellent health. The percentage of Americans is 85% to that of Canadians being 88%. This indicates that Canada mental health is somewhat better than the Americans. Also differences between the women of the country are also very small. But in the US only those citizens possessing private insurance can obtain the mental health care services and afford its cost. Also there are more Americans who experience unmet health care issues than in Canada with their Canada mental health services. And the American people suffer mainly for the cost issues of medical services in the country.
