Subject should be 72 characters or less than that. Subject should contain most critical details of your email. If you think that your subject looks rude then you should add “Thank You”. If your email is an essay then you should use paragraphs else you should make points of your email and sort your points by giving priority. These points should be sorted from most to lest priority. If you want to discuss then don’t write down it on top of that message. But if your reply is a single point then you should write at the top of the message.

It is the example of web email. You can email chat, and create your own social network by using this approach of Google. There is unlimited free online storage. You can have the storage of your data online; which would be free of cost. Its interface is precise and smart.
Zoho:
It is another example of web email. You can instant message, as well as use the ability of ample storage, IMAP and POP access in Zoho. It is helpful in organizing and managing emails, contacts and replies.
Cloud Mail:
Cloud Mail is also an email service. It is provided by Apple which gives you ample storage, IMAP and POP access. It does not support other email accounts.
AIM Mail:
It is free web based email service of AOL. It provides unlimited online storage of data as well as protects your spam. There is very less productivity in AIM Mail.
Tips and comments
There should be a specific structure of your message. You should avoid large blocks of text. Use normal font. Keep the important things on top of the message instead of writing them in the middle of body. You should divide you email into processable emails; if there are several topics altogether to be discussed. You should add “Thank you” and “Please” where required.
