• Open any web browser such as Mozilla or Google chrome and navigate to Gmail website.
• Open your Gmail account.

• Now click on “Settings” link located at the top right menu of page.
• Go to “General” under “Setting” option.
• Please make sure that the account you have selected is underSignature.

• Head over signature text field to write your desired signature. You can write anything to make an email signature but it is best if you keep your signature to five lines and not more than this.You do not need to add the signature delimiter in an email signature because Gmail will add it automatically in it. If you want to add an image, formatting or any graphics in it then use the formatting bar.If the formatting bar is not present then you can start composing a message with rich text formatting.

• Once you have performed all these steps, click on Save Changes. Gmail will not add an email signature automatically when you create a new message. If you want to make any change in your email signature then you can edit it before sending to recipient. If you do not want to add an email signature at the end of any email then you can remove it also. As the signature will appear on text area when you will compose a message so you will need to remove it by yourself if you want.
