Products that Make Hair Grow Longer

One popular product that is said to make hair grow longer is Mane 'n Tail. It was a shampoo originally designed to take care of the manes and tails of horses but surprisingly, it has been found out to be effective for human hair as well. What is does is to moisturize and lock the hydration on each hair strand, making it appear healthier, thicker and stronger. Because of this, hair fall is prevented. Instead, it may have the ability to make hair grow longer.

Another popular hair product claimed to make hair grow longer is Rogaine. This product has been popular to middle-aged men who want to prevent premature baldness from occurring. What it actually does is inhibit the hormone DHT which is responsible for hair loss.

If you've actually heard of the moringa tree, it has also become popular for hair growth. It is a plant found in tropical countries which comes from the same plant family as the horseradish. Moringa oil or moringa extract is rich with vitamins and minerals which inhibit oxidation. Yes, moringa has antioxidant properties. The extract stimulates blood flow and nourishes the scalp to promote hair growth.

Vitamin A is also claimed to make hair grow since it is a vitamin that can nourish your scalp and make hair appear fuller.

The Lowdown on Hair Growth Products

There is not enough scientific evidence to prove that certain hair products can actually make hair grow longer in a certain period of time. However, these products that claim to promote hair growth simply nourish each hair strand, making them less susceptible to damage because damage is one cause of hair fall. Therefore, if your hair is falling out because of a medical condition or something that is unknown, there is a great chance that the stated hair products will not be effective for you.
