Introduction

Herbal Wellness teas are a great way to boost your body, and heal your body. Many people don't realize how much benefits are in them. Our societies have been led to believe that alternative and natural sources only work a small amount and in small things, but the truth is that they can actually benefit in big ways. There are different types of wellness herbal teas that a person can take. There are 3 that are the best for the whole body and can help the body to realign itself. It can help the person on the road to a healthier body. 

Most people when they think of teas think of black, or green tea. The teas that you have to put in a jar and let them sun bathe the whole day. This in fact is a type of herbal tea, but there are hundreds of others. Herbal teas are just herbs dried, and ground up. They are then put in a tea bag. These tea bags are the bags that you can put in a jar to make a large amount in the sun. You can also boil water on the stove to make it cup by cup. This also gives your guests a chance to try different types of teas.

In Chinese medicine they believe that the liver is the most vital organ in the body. If the liver is weak the rest of the body will be too. This is due to the fact that the liver filters out toxins, and cleanses the blood, therefore if the liver isn't healthy toxic blood can go to the different parts of the body. Drinking wellness herbal teas that help aid the body will be the most beneficial. Some of the herbal teas that help aid the liver are milk thistle, dandelion, and fennel. These stimulate the liver glands to function better, and helps the body detox at a rate the body can handle. Many times just by improving liver function some health conditions and symptoms can diminish such as headaches, sinuses and allergies. 

Step 2

The blood is another part of the body that keeps the body balanced and if it's not clean blood it can cause health issues and symptoms. The average red blood cells can live for a minimum of 120 days. By drinking wellness herbal teas that help aid the blood and cleanse it, can help rejuvenate the entire body. Drinking one glass of a blood cleanser tea a day can help eliminate some health issues that are causing pain, or symptoms in a person. Some symptoms from having toxic blood can be fevers, infections, and pain in the kidneys. Some wellness herbal teas to drink for the blood are burdock, raspberry, and hawthorn. These herbal teas can also be blood thinners so speaking with your doctor about them before you try them is suggested. 

Step 3

The last thing that you will want to focus on is wellness herbal teas is hormones. Helping the body rid itself of bad hormones and replacing it with good hormones can help heal the body and symptoms in conjunction with it. Some symptoms and conditions that are due to excess estrogen and not enough progesterone are PCOS, Endometriosis, and Infertility. To remove the bad estrogen and replace it with good progesterone the best way is through a wellness herbal tea. It is immediately absorbed in the body since it is a liquid type the body doesn't have to do much work to absorb the minerals in the digestive system. Some wellness herbal teas that help put good progesterone back into the body raspberry, and chamomile. They act as antioxidants for the reproductive system.

Some things to remember with wellness herbal teas are:

Don't try to drink too many different teas in one day. Drink one herbal tea a day. 

Only focus on one body part or system before moving on the to the others. 

Start with the smallest issue and work up from  there. 

Drink lots of water in between. 

Drink only herbal teas that don't have any black, green, or white tea added as a filler.
