Ask others if they have noticed anything different and monitor the behavior of the sufferer more closely. When you are certain that something is most definitely not right, approach the person and ask them if everything is okay.
There are many things that someone can concerning mental health UK. Family and friend intervention may be needed in extreme cases. Many doctors are trained to deal with some forms of illness but, at the very least, they make a referral to a specialist such as a mental health counselor, a psychiatrist or a psychologist. There are also many medications and procedures that can help the person suffering from mental health U.K. problems to get back to being themselves again.
