Many of us want to be sexy and fit. In this society, we have become judgmental of overweight people. People resort to weight loss by doing exercises and dieting. Aside from doing this, one should also take vitamins to aid their weight loss.

Vitamin B complex is the supplement that includes all of the eight types of Vitamin B. It is the top vitamin weight loss. If your body has a low metabolism, it would not become energy but became stored fats. Vitamin B complex helps to increase metabolism in the body. It metabolizes protein and fat then turns it to energy.

Also other benefits of Vitamin B complex are maintaining healthy skin, hair and muscle tone. This is needed because if one goes on a diet. They limit food intake and do vigorous exercise. It could make your skin and hair unhealthy. This vitamin weight loss is a sure fire hit for a person who wants to lose weight. The B vitamin weight loss supplements can be found in the food we eat. Examples of these foods are sugar, white flour, meat products, liver, grains, potatoes, and bananas.

There are eight vitamins B in Vitamin B complex. One is B1 or Thiamine. These are needed to form Adenosine tripshophate (ATP) that are used by the cells in your body for energy. It helps in metabolism process of sugar and starch to give energy to the body as well as blood formation.

Second is B2 or Riboflavin. It is can be efficiently absorbed micronutrients that play a big role in the metabolism of fats, ketone bodies, carbohydrates and proteins to provide energy to the body. This is the kind of Vitamin B that promoted healthy skin and eyes. Since like as stated above if one lose weights rapidly, you tend to compromise on the development of your skin and vision.

The third is Niacin which increases the level of high density lipoprotein (HDL) or good cholesterol. Like all B vitamin weight loss supplements this regulates the metabolism in your body. Fourth is Pantothenic acid. This vitamin weight loss supplement plays a vital role in metabolism of fatty acids, proteins and carbohydrates. It also helps in preventing ketosis which is likely to appear if a person diets and reduce food intake such as carbohydrates. It is also known to decrease the experience of hunger and fatigue.

Fifth is B6 or Pyridoxine. It aids the body to release the energy from the food that we take. It is coenzymes that are vital in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. They regulate the blood glucose which will convert stored nutrients to energy. Sixth is biotin. Like most B vitamin weight loss supplements, it also helps the body in metabolism process of fats, carbohydrates, amino acids and building blocks of protein. Seventh is the folic acid. These are also part of the B vitamin weight loss supplements that can help in conversion of food to energy. Last is the B12 which is also functions as metabolism factor in every cell of the body.

Tips

Weight watchers should not depend on Vitamin B complex alone. Always bear in mind that a balanced diet and exercise is needed to maintain a healthy, sexy body.
