With healthy diets today so lacking, no wonder more and more people are picking up supplements to feel better and get through each day. Humans who take at least a daily multi-vitamin have better health than those who don't. There is no real substitute for a completely clean and healthy diet but supplements do a great job of helping. 1. Vitamin C

Magnesium is an important mineral need in the body. along with vitamins, the body also needs minerals to survive. It helps keep nerve function normal and muscle function strong. Many of the body's daily functions are benefited from magnesium. Magnesium deficiency can cause the body a lot of problems such as appetite loss, depression, abnormal heart rates and rhythms and sometimes seizures. Taking a daily magnesium supplement can prevent this if you're not getting enough from food.
