Introduction

The topic of criminal minds is more often debated on TV, schools and other community centre and that is happening because more people is concerned for the safety of their family and thinking of the fact that the rate of criminal minds is growing they have all the right to be concerned and to take caution. We are going to talk about how a criminal mind works and what are the reasons that guide the killers to harm torture and kill without mercy and consciousness. The problem was found in their brain. The latest big neuroscience research is proving that the brains of criminal minds are different from the rest of the people. These evidence will prove how improve our understanding of criminal minds behavior, and also they will raise moral dilemmas about whether and how society should use these information to fight and won the battle against crime.

History

One study showed that one of the conditions that characterize many convicted criminal minds is the antisocial personality disorder. The people with this kind of disorder have no clue for right and wrong. They don’t seem to notice if their facts harm the other one and they can’t make the difference between good and bad. Another study of criminal minds is a study based on a brain research in which many doctors specialized in criminology compared a number of psychopaths, which means a number of people with severe antisocial personality disorder, with another number of non-psychopaths. In this research, the doctors observed brain deformations in a special area of the brain named amygdala, they have noticed an 18 percent volume reduction in this area of the brain. The amygdale is the place of emotions. The main characteristic of a psychopath is the lack of emotions, the empathy, guilt, consciousness. People who often end up being convicted for crimes generally show behavioral differences compared with the rest of the people. These diseases are often caused by many other factors as their growth environment, their parents’ treatment towards them and many other traumas they could have suffered in their childhood or even during their life, of these diseases could be also genetic. If one of their family members has suffered from a disease like that they also have a chance to inherit that disease and in these cases are recommended to take measures of caution from early stages.

Features

This is a good advice not only for the persons who suffers from that disease but also for the good health and safety of the family and friends that hang out with that person or take care of that person. The fact is that we couldn’t know or guess how many people are out there in world with this kind of disease we are sure that there are many criminal minds out there and the specialists are growing from day to day and fight against criminal minds and for our health and safety. We all could show a little more interest in this topic and with a little bit of contribution we could help. For example if we know someone which presents a disease like that even if it is from our family we should announce the specialists this way we are not only helping ourselves but also the people around us .
