Skin is one of the most important features of our body which must be taken utmost care of, to keep looking younger and more beautiful for a longer period of time in your life. This will help you to look beautiful even till the mid-age or the old age for that matter. Grooming the skin, taking care of it, and certain other things are essential for you to keep your skin glowing, healthy, and young. Healthy skin keeps you naturally beautiful or handsome. To keep the skin wrinkle-free very good care should be taken of the skin. Wrinkles are an unavoidable part of the aging process, but if we maintain the skin by taking care of it on regular basis, the effect could be kept to the bare minimum. You can keep your skin almost flawless and perfect for a longer span of time.

The history of skin care is thousands of years old. In Ancient times, people used to use natural products for keeping their skin and body healthy, clean, beautiful, and odor free. Some applied honey; others used cucumber and/or eggs, and several other things. Nowadays, all those natural resources have been made available in the innumerable skin care products, creams, lotions, and moisturizers etc.

The following skin tips and suggestions will enable you to understand you skin better.  
Here are some of the skin tips:

[i] Structure:

The structure lets you know whether your skin is in good shape and health.

[ii] Lifeless

If your skin appears lifeless, it means your skin pores have got blocked.

[iii] Tight Skin:

Tight or loose skin gives you quite an indication of whether the skin is healthy or not.

[iv] Skin Color:
The color of the skin will enable you to gauge the health of the skin. If there are some dark or light spots, it means skin is not healthy.

[v] Dry Skin:

Dry skin is the most common and easily identifiable cause of skin not being healthy. Due to dry skin, coloring and structure can go awry, and even wrinkles can emerge.

 Skin tips for health looking skin: 

[i] Avoid direct contact with the Sun to achieve a radiant and healthy-looking skin. Wear good protective clothes, shades, and sunscreen.

[ii]Sleep for at least 7-8 hours daily to give your skin that refreshing look.

iii] You must drink at least eight glasses of water every day.

[iv] Try to exercise daily as it increases the blood circulation of the skin.

[v] It is essential to have a healthy diet. Take fresh fruits and vegetables that are rich in minerals and vitamins, whole grains and fish.

[vi] Don’t smoke and/or take alcohol because wrinkles approach your skin at a faster rate.

[vii] Apply moisturizer daily, if your skin is dry. Those having dry skin must not use alcohol based products, those with oily skin must use water based products.
