Develop a routine when working or doing outdoor activities. Always wear a hat outdoors when you will be outside in the sun for extended periods of time. This helps to protect your skin and prevent additional wrinkles. Get in the habit of wearing a good sunscreen on a daily basis if your in the sun frequently. Diet, health, drinking and smoking all effect aging & skin.

Select your skin cleanser with care, and avoid products that strip your skin of moisture or have harsh ingredients. Wash skin gently in tepid or warm water. Exfoliating your skin at least one or two times a week is another healthy routine for skin care. Exfoliating removes the dead skin cells, and allows a new layer of fresh skin to come to the surface. It is great for stimulating the circulation, and makes skin feel fresh and alive.

Incorporate moisturizers into your weekly aging & skin regimen. Moisturizers reduce the look of wrinkles to help plump the skin and retain moisture. Pamper and treat your skin to natural skin remedies for healthier skin and reducing additional damage.


Natural Skin & Aging Remedies

Avocado Treatment: Avocados are inexpensive and contain soothing natural oils. Remove the skin and cut slices of avocado. Gently massage the avocado slices over your face for a wonderful soft and smooth appearance.

Lime Juice: If blackheads and acne are a concern make up a refreshing mixture of equal parts of lime juice, rose-water and glycerin. Cover your face with this mixture before sleeping and rinse off in the morning for an improved appearance.

Coconut Milk: Purchase a coconut from the grocery and remove the husk. Grate a small portion of the raw coconut and place it in a bowl. Squeeze the milk out and apply it to the face. This anti aging remedy gives skin a marvelous glowing effect.

Lemons: Applying a couple of drops of fresh lemon juice over age spots and blemishes on the face will help to remove them.

Remember, your diet and healthy living plays a huge role in the appearance of your hair, aging & skin. For those suffering from exceptionally dry skin, using natural mayonnaise massaged into the skin can bring relief and improve the looks.
