Many people who are having these types of diseases get so worried mainly because they don’t have a clue of what they are and how to treat them.

GERD, or gastro esophageal reflux disease, happens when the food you ate is being pushed backwards into your esophagus which can actually lead to esophagial scarring and stomach pains. Acid is released which explains the acid taste in the mouth and heartburn can also occur together with some nausea or vomiting.

Gastritis is commonly known to be caused by alcohol and due to certain medications. But this is actually caused by bacteria. Having this disease will let you experience pain in the abdomen, vomiting, diarrhea and indigestion.

You can also include celiac and gastroparesis diseases to the list of digestive system diseases among others.

If you feel occasional heartburns check with your doctor right away.

If your bowel seems irregular then you have to also alert your doctor about it.

If you always feel pain on the left side of you abdomen, have it check for possible ulcers.

Any pain that you feel in your stomach should not be taken for granted.

If you are constantly anxious and stressed out, be on guard for any digestive problems. Those headaches could lead to diseases in the digestive system.
