Understanding a human disease
Diseases as we all know is the mutilation of the normal functioning of the body in whole or certain parts of the body. Human diseases are classified on their cause as acute diseases and recurring diseases. Diseases have always inundated living things around them. Some diseases are transmittable and will be passed from one person to the other. Other human diseases develop from natural or environmental issues like smoking or through the mutation of the cell. Medical community is trying to understand the implications of each of these human diseases and trying to find a solution to treat them or eradicate them depending on their severity.
This term is used for all types of diseases related to the human heart and this disease is reported to be topping the list of cause of deaths in adults in the whole world. Cardiovascular disease the most common and heard human disease is a condition where the blockage of blood vessels or narrowing of arteries happens. This disease can in turn lead to stroke, heart attacks or chest pains in the infected patients. Other important heart diseases that are common in humans are arrhythmia where the heart beats either too fast or too slow irregularly, congenital heart defects and coronary heart diseases.
Cancer is one of the most dreadful human diseases that have affected mankind. Cancer follows heart disease as the leading second cause of human deaths. Irrespective of the type of cancer that a human suffers from like skin cancer, breast cancer, liver or lung cancer it is characterized by cells that are abnormal and that attack and destroys active and healthy tissues of the body. These mutated cells convert themselves as tumours and attack a specific organ in the body and later spreading it to the neighbouring organs.
Hypertension or high blood pressure is a human disease that affects almost all people especially when people get old. This medical situation is caused by the constriction of the blood vessels which will force the heart to pump faster or harder to circulate blood to the normal functions of the body. High blood pressure is always fatal if not treated in right time as it can lead to heart attack or stroke in people. Right diet and correct medication is crucial for blood pressure patients.
Arthritis is a human disease which all of you must have heard of. These include rheumatoid arthritis, spondylitis, gout and osteoarthritis. The cause for each of these types of arthritis is different but they are characterized by the inflammation especially in joints. The most common among the lot is osteoarthritis which affects the joints of the lower portion of your spine, neck, hips and even knees and hands. Gout is caused by the crystallization of the uric acid in the feet. Pain is the important symptom of arthritis and measures are available to reduce pain and symptom as this disease is incurable.
Understanding fatal human diseases can leave us in taking some precautions from our end to prevent ourselves from getting infected with any of these diseases.
